Morris is a Board member and a transformative social impact investor with over 25 years dedicated to nurturing sustainable economic development in Southern Africa. His work has primarily focused on empowering impoverished and underserved traders, small-scale farmers, and agribusinesses within the food value chain.


His expertise lies in nurturing unrealized potential in underserved communities, creating opportunities that yield financial returns while generating significant social and environmental benefits. His investments consistently address critical issues such as poverty alleviation, food security, and sustainable economic development.

Ngwanarachuene Esther Mampane

Esther is the co-founder and Director of SAFI EcoAfrica and she is based in Pretoria, South Africa. She is an award-winning Agricultural Scientist registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and an Environmental Assessment Practitioner registered with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA).


Esther has over 15 years of experience working with sustainable agriculture and environmental management and has offered extensive support to various levels of farmers through the professional services she offers in her environmental consulting company, Westleigh Environmental Services that she founded in 2010.

Lisa Collins

Board Member

Lisa has a BSBA degree in Accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo.  She’s held leadership positions in Accounting and Audit for over 30+ year career working in Financial Services, Advertising, Non-Profit, and Media + Entertainment. Currently, she is the owner and manager of Collins Accounting Services Group, LLC.  

Xitshembiso Mqomboti

CLIMATE RISK CONSULTANT

Xitshembiso is a qualified Geographical Information Systems (GIS) professional currently working within the disaster management and business consulting space. She has worked in different fields including agriculture, environmental and local government. She holds a MBA from Rhodes University Business School. The business school specializes in “Leadership for Sustainability” and places more emphasis on achieving a balance between economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Sharai Salome Shumbaimwe

Project Manager Crop Specialist

Sharai Salome Shumbaimwe has a BSc Crop Production and Horticulture. She has six years of professional experience across the agribusiness market value chain, including seed sales and marketing, product development and management roles in crop protection, post-harvest handling, and retail operations. Her distinguished honors include the Woman Creating Impact in Agriculture Gold Winner 2023, Awarded by Zimbabwe CEOs Network.
